2. What MindOffload is
MindOffload is a temporary writing space designed to help you empty your mind. Whatever you type lives only in your device's memory while the app is open. When the app is closed — or, if you enable the option, when it goes to the background — your text is erased and never saved unless you click share button.
3. What data we collect
None.
More specifically:
• No account. MindOffload does not require sign-up, login, email, or any identifier.
• No analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or any similar product. We do not measure how you use the app.
• No advertising. MindOffload contains no ads and no advertising SDKs.
• No tracking. We do not use the iOS App Tracking Transparency framework because we have nothing to track.
• No cloud sync. Your text never leaves your device unless you choose to share it. There is no server, no database, no backup.
• No crash reports beyond what Apple may collect at the system level if you have opted into "Share with App Developers" in iOS Settings (this is anonymous and you can disable it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).
4. What you write inside the app
The text you type is held in your device's volatile memory (RAM) only, while the app is in use. It is:
• Never written to permanent storage by MindOffload.
• Never sent over the network unless you click share button.
• Erased when the app is fully closed unless you click share button.
• Erased when the app moves to the background, if you have enabled that option in Settings.
5. In-app purchase
MindOffload offers a one-time, non-subscription unlock to remove the character limit and enable additional options. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple via the App Store.
We do not see your name, your Apple ID, your payment method, or any billing information. We only receive, through Apple's StoreKit framework, an anonymous confirmation that the purchase exists on your Apple ID. This confirmation is stored locally on your device and is checked again when you tap "Restore".
Apple's own privacy policy applies to the purchase itself: apple.com/legal/privacy.
6. iOS-level limits we cannot bypass
We want to be transparent about the technical boundaries of any iOS app, including ours:
• Screenshots and screen recording. iOS does not allow any third-party app to prevent the user (or someone holding the device) from taking a screenshot or recording the screen via Control Center. MindOffload detects active screen recording and shows a privacy overlay, but it cannot block screenshots themselves.
• Voice dictation. If you use the iOS keyboard's dictation feature, audio may be sent to Apple's servers for processing depending on your device and iOS version. This is governed by Apple, not by us.
• Third-party keyboards. If you have installed a non-Apple keyboard (Gboard, SwiftKey, etc.), that keyboard may have its own data collection practices. MindOffload disables predictive text, autocorrect, and learning by default, but it cannot control what a third-party keyboard does internally.
We block in-app copy, cut, share menus, drag-and-drop, and clipboard paste from external keyboards, so the text cannot be exfiltrated through MindOffload itself unless you click share button.
7. Children
MindOffload is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age.
8. Your rights
Since we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, export, correct, or delete on our side. Your right to be forgotten is honored by design: closing the app already erases everything unless you click share button..

MindOffload is a personal writing space designed to help you take a moment for yourself. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic tool, and it is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

INURYA does not provide medical advice, and the use of MindOffload should not delay or replace consulting a qualified professional.
10. Changes to this policy
If this Privacy Policy ever changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because we have no way to contact you (we have no data), we recommend checking this page if you want to stay informed.
